What youll do:
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions to identify cost-savings opportunities and ensure adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Sourcing Procurement Finance and Merchandising to align data needs performance metrics and insights; driving work with urgency and agility while navigating competing priorities to deliver results.
- Structure ambiguous problems with prescriptive analytics root-cause analysis and establish clear governable business logic.
- Build and present executive-ready visual stories to drive value-driven actions.
- Mentor and upskill the team to build analytical bench strength.
What youll bring:
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills; experience translating data into actionable intelligence.
- Data and tech savvy with AI/ML knowledge in business context and experience pulling manipulating and interpreting large datasets; fluency in outcomes-based analysis.
- Ability to lead through influence with clear compelling communication.
- Have proven experience developing practical predictive models in business domain.
- Background in engineering statistics computational science or related quantitative field.
- Experience in management consulting sourcing & procurement supply chain or business strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $80000.00 - $155000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
