Position Summary
The Business Office Assistant would be a utility team member who provides administrative and operational support across departments including Human Resources Accounting and Sales Service and Parts. This role is ideal for someone highly organized adaptable and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and project-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork file maintenance and employee records
- Support Contracts Clerk functions including processing deal paperwork verifying documents and ensuring compliance
- Perform general filing and document organization (physical and digital)
- Reconcile schedules and reports identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
- Assist with data entry and maintaining internal systems
- Support special projects and administrative needs as assigned by management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information
- Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or dealership experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office data entry systems)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion with confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Benefits
The Business Office Assistant position pays between $20.00-$27.00 per hour DOE.
