Job Summary
Location: Chippenham
Salary: 35000 per annum (base) / 38640 per annum (including 1 sleep-in per week which is option should a Candidate wish to increase there take home salary)
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
Number of Sleeps Required: 1 per week
Pay Per Sleep: 70
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a childrens residential care setting as a Senior Support Worker

Who we are looking for
A confident and trauma-informed leader who can support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
Experienced in leading shifts supervising staff and maintaining high safeguarding standards
Committed to delivering consistent therapeutic care to young people with complex needs
Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker within an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
Strong communication skills with a calm nurturing leadership style
Sponsorship is not available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered
