This is a hands-on leadership role where you will run supply chain operations and directly impact production quality and team performance. Youll lead a frontline team solve real-time challenges and drive improvements that make a measurable difference. Its a strong opportunity to grow your leadership skills while building a high-performing safety-first team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do:
Lead day-to-day operations to meet production quality and safety goals
Coach train and develop team members while building a strong accountable team culture
Monitor performance identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean organized workspace

Required:

• Bachelors degree
• 2 years of related manufacturing or production experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a team-based environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

Preferred:

• 3 years supply chain experience
• Experience with System 21 ERP software
• Background in the spirits food & beverage or other regulated manufacturing industries

The annual salary range for this role is $71332 - $89165. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
