Be the face of the Café operation.
Lead the team in setting the standards for fun and great service.

The Position

Utilise your solid understanding of coffee to build on a loyal customer base.
Collaborate with the kitchen to create daily and weekly specials.
Train and mentor a small but mighty team of hospitality professionals.
Maintain ordering of stock and supplies.

The Person

Strong barista experience with confidence leading a small operation.
Able to engage with a diverse clientele from parents to school Executives.
Reliable organised and takes pride in ownership of the café
Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management.
Hold a valid Blue Card
