Job Summary
Overview:
Were a fast-growing student-run painting business seeking driven outgoing individuals to join our team as Summer Sales Representatives. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working independently meeting new people and getting rewarded directly for their performance.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct door-to-door marketing in residential neighborhoods to generate leads for painting and staining projects
- Build rapport with homeowners and identify potential project opportunities
- Follow up with leads via phone to qualify prospects and schedule estimates
- Manage your pipeline and convert leads into booked jobs
- Travel to appointments and estimates across Peterborough and the Kawarthas
- Work toward weekly and seasonal sales targets
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based structure
- Tiered commission system the more work sold the higher the commission rate gets
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable vehicle (required for transportation to neighborhoods and estimates)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques
