Were growing and were looking for a customer-focused energetic Counter Sales Representative to join our Winnipeg team.

As a Counter Sales Representative you are the face of our branch. Youll:

• Assist contractors and customers with product selection and solutions

• Enter orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide pricing promotions and delivery details

• Fill orders quickly and correctly

• Help resolve issues professionally and confidently

• Support warehouse operations (stocking shipping/receiving inventory checks)

• Maintain a clean organized customer-ready counter area

This is a hands-on interactive role where no two days are the same.

Strong customer service background
Experience in plumbing HVAC or building supply (asset but not mandatory)
Comfortable working in a warehouse/branch environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using computers and order entry systems
Team player with a positive solutions-focused mindset
