Job Summary
Find your purpose at CentraCare as a Health Unit Coordinator team member in Neuroscience! As a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) you serve a vital role in being the communication link for the unit. Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients/families guests and providers as well as managing telephone communications organizing and maintaining patient charts and performing clerical and receptionist duties to support patient care.
Schedule
Part-time 20-40 hours every two weeks St. Cloud Hospital
Day shifts 6-hr and 10-hr rotating shifts 9am-3:30pm and 7am-5:30pm
Will be scheduled every 3rd weekend (Fri Sat Sun) and rotating holidays
Pay
- Starting pay begins at $18.28 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Pay range: $17.00-$25.54 per hour
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience/knowledge required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Previous experience utilizing an EMR (electronic medical record) preferred.
- Minimum one year experience with office procedures and equipment with computer experience preferred.
