Salesforce Agentforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Salesforce Developerwith expertise across Salesforce Administration Development Data Cloud andAgentforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable Salesforce solutions implementing AI-driven automation and delivering end-to-end integrations across Sales Service Marketing and Data Cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions usingApex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce

Configure and manage Salesforce Administration includingusers roles profiles permissions and security models

Implement and integrateAgentforce capabilitiesto enable AI-driven automation intelligent workflows and enhanced customer engagement

Build and maintain integrations usingREST/SOAP APIswith external systems like NetSuite MuleSoft Heroku and other enterprise platforms

Develop and optimize solutions acrossSales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud

Create and manageFlows Workflows Process Builder and Approval Processes

Design and developLightning Pages and reusable LWC components

Performdata migration cleansing and bulk operationsusing Data Loader and Workbench

Develop and maintainreports and dashboardsfor business insights

Managesandbox environments CI/CD pipelines and deployments using tools like Gearset

Collaborate in anAgile/Scrum environmentwith cross-functional teams

Participate inclient discussions requirement gathering and AI-enabled solution design

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience inSalesforce Administration and Development

Proficiency inApex LWC SOQL SOSL

Experience withSalesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations

Hands-on exposure toAgentforce (AI agents automation and conversational workflows)

Strong knowledge ofSalesforce architecture security model and data management

Experience withAPI integrations (REST/SOAP)and middleware like MuleSoft

Experience withCI/CD tools (Gearset or similar)

Strong expertise indata migration and bulk data handling

Experience integrating Salesforce withERP and external systems (NetSuite Heroku etc.)

Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills
