Job Summary: This role involves working as a Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing onsite technical support including desktop management troubleshooting and device support. The consultant will handle Windows environments printers networks and mobile devices ensuring smooth IT operations and end user satisfaction in a manufacturing environment.
Role Descriptions:
Imaging troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10 printer support
Skills on manufacturing applications and mobile device support
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in desktop management
Server network and mobile device management
Troubleshooting skills on laptop desktop and mobile device management software
Printer and network troubleshooting
Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 applications
Good to Have:
Communication skills
PowerShell or any scripting knowledge
Knowledge on application packaging or image management using MDT
Ability to work with customer focus and ensure end user satisfaction
Strong team skills
Eagerness to research and explore new hardware and software technologies
