Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions in our trading organization catering to the hotel industry. The ideal candidate should be organized efficient and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain records invoices and inventory-related data
- Assist in billing order processing and coordination with clients and vendors
- Work with accounting entries and basic bookkeeping using Tally software
- Manage emails phone calls and correspondence professionally
- Support team members with operational and clerical tasks
- Ensure proper filing and data accuracy at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Tally software
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
