Intelligence Mission Management Senior

Senior Intelligence Mission Management:

• Assist the command at a minimum of twice per week during command validation meetings and provide sound recommendations to address newly received requirements (requests for information production requirements and tasks assigned by higher and adjacent organizations).
• Access appropriate classified and unclassified intelligence applications to assist the command in recording/inputting assigned requests for information production requirements and tasks from higher and adjacent organizations into the commands internal Requirements and Tracking Automated Sequencing Coordination (RTASC) application.
• Assist the command in monitoring the status of requirements received through but not limited to the Community Online Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM) Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway (MKG) Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) and email. Ensure tasks are recorded validated completed and disseminated to MCIA customers on the required suspense dates in accordance with IAW command policy.
• Assist the command in fulfilling time-sensitive Command tasks and RFI requirements and communicate with appropriate MCIA and MCISRE leadership via established procedures using appropriate information knowledge and task management applications.
• Receive update process and communicate critical information regarding Command tasks through appropriate information knowledge and task management applications in accordance with the Commands Requirements management orders and procedures.
• Assist in the periodic rewrite of the Command Requirements Management Process (CRMP) by the end of each quarter unless otherwise directed. Provide input to Command Intelligence Mission Management and MCISRE requirements management improvement initiatives.

• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least some of the experience occurring within the last 2 years.
• Education: A Masters degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or a Bachelors degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of senior-level experience totaling 17 years in lieu of a Masters degree.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the labor category activities necessary to fulfill mission requirements.
• Exhibits mastery in both qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and actively engages with academic or other fields that influence tradecraft development.
• Demonstrates the ability to define new comprehensive or unique research approaches that enable thorough assessments and contribute to high-level tasks.
• Provides in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries clearly articulating key findings.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrates the ability to review analytic products for logical arguments adherence to tradecraft standards and sufficient support for conclusions regularly testing the analytic rigor of products.
