In the Office of the Registrar Admissions andEnrollment & RegistrationServices the primary responsibility of the Enrollment Services Specialist Sr. positionis to playan important roleofassistingand handling calls and student visit inquiries that cannot be resolved by the Enrollment Services Specialists. The person willassistthe Assistant Registrar and Associate Registrar with monitoringInContact/Nicesystem Salesforcecasessubmittedby students forassistance Salesforce Live Chat Slate Virtual Appointmentassistingwith reports and responding to student inquiries.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Public contact by counseling advising investigating and problem-solving questions and issues from current and previous students parents faculty staff othercollege offices in all aspects of the enrollment process including but not limited to in-depth admissions registration academic and biographical records and issues related to campus and online course person in this position willassistin handling calls student visits tickets person willassistthe supervisor Assistant Registrar and Associate Registrar with all escalation types monitoring Salesforce ticketssubmittedby students forassistanceassistingwith reports and responding to other student inquiries as needed.
Provide immediateassistancein investigating and resolving problems which cannot be solved by an Enrollment Services Specialist with 1sttier & 2ndtier enrollment services calls and student visits.
Assist the Assistant Registrar and Associate Registrar with monitoringstudent inquiriessubmittedinSalesforce by students;Assist with reports andInContact/Nicesystem forin-comingandout-goingcalls.
Handle escalated calls complaintsquestionsand excellent customer service within a high-volume Enrollment ServicesCallCenter environment.
Provide cross-functional servicesinenrollment services whichincludeadmissionsregistration academic and biographical records and issues related to campus and online course enrollment from the start of a studentsacademic career through graduation.
Assistwith completingthenecessary processor actionto maketransferalto theappropriate campusresource for continued service and resolution.

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelorsandtwoyearsof related experience or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidatesdemonstratinga knowledge ofFERPA andEnrollment & Registration.
Must have a working knowledge of integrated student record data systems such as BannerInContact/Nicesystem Salesforce CRM system Slate system etc.
Must have acollaborativeenergeticand resourceful work style.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task; pay attention to detail; andexhibitexcellent customer service skills.
Experience in an enrollment services environment or unit ( records admissions financial aid registrar student accounts).
Salary offers will be determined based on the candidates qualifications in relation to the Minimum Hiring Standards. Candidates earlier in their careers are typically offered salaries closer to the minimum of the hiring range while those with more advanced or relevant experience may be considered for compensation at or above the hiring range.
