We invite you to be part of this journey where your role as a Senior Performance Analyst is essential in delivering performance data statutory returns business insights and effective challenges within our agile inclusive and values-driven council.

In this pivotal position you will serve as the crucial link between managers Heads of Service and Directors understanding their specific data requirements and deliveringaccurate consistent reports and insights. Your daily responsibilities will involve seamless collaboration with Corporate ICT the Programme Office and key partner agencies contributing to our Corporate Business Intelligence program.

Wereinterested in hearing from experienced individuals with a background in SQL SSRSproficiencyin delivering Adult Services statutory returns (e.g. SALT ASCOF) knowledge of case management/financial activities inContrOCCSystem and system outputs across Adult Services. Familiarity with Power BI and experience in data exchange with the NHS combined with a strong grasp of placement and care package data areadvantageous.

Confidence is key as you take charge of collectingvalidating anddisseminatingcomplex data within the adults commissioning and finance domains. Your ability to communicate findings to senior management and address challenges with a constructive solution-oriented mindset is critical.
