Lia Auto Group Accounting Assistant

Lia Auto Group is seeking Office Assistant to join our accounting team.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $18-$22/hour based on experience

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous automotive title clerk experience required (1years)
• Strong knowledge of state DMV requirements and title processing
• Proficient in dealership management software
• Ability to multi task and meet deadline in a fact -paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must have clean & valid drivers license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles
• Submit title applications to DMV accurately and promptly
• Verify vehicle information and resolve title issues
• Handle payoff and lien releases
• Maintain updated knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Work closely with sales finance and accounting departments
• Any other duties assigned by the manager
