The Reporting & Analytics (R&A) Centre of Excellence is a global function in Finance responsible for enabling data-driven performance management and decision-making across Vestas. The CoE brings together business-facing analytics governance and definitions analytics engineering and operations into a single integrated operating model. Its purpose is to create a scalable standardised and high-quality analytics environment that delivers one version of the truth across Vestas. The R&A CoE works closely with Finance Commercial Operations and Digital to translate business needs into analytics products while ensuring consistency in data definitions efficient delivery and modern engineering practices. By combining subject matter knowledge technical capability and operational excellence the CoE plays a critical role in improving performance transparency accelerating decision-making and reducing manual reporting across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

This role drives the design and implementation of the R&A operating model ensuring alignment across teams processes and ways of working. It sits within the Transformation pillar orchestrating how the function operates and scales.

Qualifications

• Degree in business strategy or similar
• 812 years experience in consulting or transformation
• Solid operating model and change experience
