Job Summary

We are seeking a flexible and reliable Casual Guest Service Agent to support our Front Office operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and confident working across a rotating roster covering morning afternoon and night shifts to ensure smooth hotel operations.


Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm professional guest service from check-in to check-out
  • Handle reservations enquiries and guest requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures
  • Support night audit processes when required
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or customer-facing role (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including:
    • Morning shift (7:00 am 3:00 pm)
    • Afternoon shift (3:00 pm 11:00 pm)
    • Night shift (11:00 pm 7:00 am)
  • Valid working rights in Australia
