Job Summary
Were seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst (Data Insights) you will use your expertise in query scripting languages (e.g. SQL DWB ETL) to extract insights from our data warehouse analyze customer behaviour and inform product decisions. Your goal will be to turn data into actionable recommendations that drive product growth and customer :
- Write complex queries using various scripting languages (e.g. SQL DWB ETL) to extract data from our data warehouse
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and correlations
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions
- Develop and maintain databases data systems and ETL processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role
- Expertise in query scripting languages (e.g. SQL DWB ETL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics or related field
Nice to Have:
- Familiar with user survey tools and collecting user surveys
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python R)
- Certification in data analysis or related field
