Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor On Premise channel KPIs (volume execution budget and operational routines).
- Generate actionable insights for field teams and leadership.
- Develop and maintain control tools (management dashboards and reports).
- Support the management and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and managing incidents.
- Support the development of analyses and presentations to aid leadership decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics International Relations Communications Information Systems or related fields with an expected graduation date from June 2028 onwards.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proactive organized and highly detail-oriented.
