Job Description:
What will you work on
As the Business Affairs Project Manager you will be a critical part of our Creative Operations and Production team. You will be responsible for managing production finances coordinating contracts ensuring content compliance and supporting the day-to-day operational needs of a fast-paced creative environment.
How will you create impact
Oversee production-related financial processes including budget tracking vendor payments and managing departmental spending.
Prepare execute and track legal documents such as NDAs talent agreements and vendor contracts.
Ensure all content and production activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g. ASC CARU COPPA).
Maintain digital filing systems project trackers and production status reports.
Support and manage special projects related to creative operations and business affairs proactively identifying and implementing solutions.
Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate communication and streamline workflows.
What are your skills and experience
Previous experience in an invoicing budgeting legal or production environment.
A degree or equivalent experience in business communications or a related field.
Familiarity with production contracts and legal documentation processes.
Experience with SAP and/or is considered an asset.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $65000 to $70000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job years of experience within the required industry education etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
