核心职责Key Responsibilities
一临床推广与产品学术定位
- 基于重症及麻醉领域学术发展趋势痛点及产品价值制定临床市场战略
- 将复杂技术和产品优势转化为客户易理解认同可传播的学术语言和应用场景明确麻醉与监护产品优势对应的临床及非临如卫生经济学价值主张
- 负责核心临床推广内容的策划与输出包括但不限于
- 学术演讲材料
- 临床应用案例
- 产品临床解决方案
- 临床培训课程方案
二学术平台与学术影响力建设
- 建立并持续运营麻醉与重症领域的学术平台线上 线下包括学术会议论坛培训项目CoE及专家委员会
- 主导或深度参与学术共识指南解读专家建议文章发表等项目的策划与落地
- 构建并维护高质量 KOL网络麻醉科ICU围手术期等形成稳定长期的学术合作机制
三品牌故事与市场影响力打造
- 构建并持续优化围绕患者安全围术期智慧引领重症管理的品牌叙事体系
- 将品牌理念与学术证据真实临床洞察相结合提升品牌的专业高度和情感连接
- 支持大型市场活动年度品牌项目及重点产品上市推广
四跨部门协同与业务支持
- 与销售产品市场研发准入大客户等团队紧密合作确保临床推广与商业目标的高度协同及方案高效执行
- 为销售及渠道提供系统化的学术支持包括培训工具包话术等
- 通过市场洞察和专家反馈反向支持产品优化和未来产品规划
五团队与项目管理
- 管理和培养临床市场团队提升团队专业性商业洞察和影响力
- 基于年度临床市场战略明确资源搭建预算和 KPI并确保高质量执行
任职资格Qualifications
教育背景
- 临床医学优先生命科学生物医学工程药学或相关专业本科及以上学历
工作经验
- 8年以上医疗器械或制药行业市场 /临床相关经验其中至少2年以上市场营销经验并具备团队管理经历
- 有麻醉重症领域医疗设备耗材围手术期管理相关经验者优先

- 良好的战略思维组织与项目管理能力
- 以结果为导向兼具学术严谨性和商业敏感度
- 优秀的中英文沟通及人际交往大客户影响能力
