Student Worker President's Office Student Ambassador

Student Ambassadors are a student-led service team housed within the Office of the President designed to support campus-wide needs while providing direct assistance with presidential events and administrative operations. Members of the Student Ambassadors serve as a flexible reliable resource for projects programs and day-to-day functions that enhance the university community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support for campus initiatives events and projects as assigned
• Assist with planning setup execution and breakdown of events hosted by the Office of the President
• Perform administrative tasks including answering phones responding to emails and managing basic correspondence
• Support scheduling needs including coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars
• Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries and direct requests to appropriate offices
• Assist with special projects that require a dependable detail-oriented student team
• Represent the Office of the President with professionalism and discretion
