About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 Rayong with a ThaiChinese working environment.

Role Overview

The Production Leader runs day-to-day production on the line supports the team and acts as a ThaiChinese interpreter between Thai and Chinese colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Track the production plan and report progress.
• Summarise meeting outcomes and align the team.
• Support team management and daily operations.
• Apply strong shop-floor management; resolve immediate issues effectively.
• Interpret between Thai and Chinese employees.
• Manage the production process across safety quality delivery cost shop-floor and people.
• Manage materials; collect record and analyse process data.
• Coordinate production resources to deliver on plan and target.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Electronics Mechanical Materials or related field.
• 3 years in production management or production engineering ideally electronics mechanical or automotive.
• Strong systematic thinking; agile execution; learns quickly.
• Strong sense of responsibility; works well under pressure.
• Strong Chinese (listen/speak/read/write) used as a working language.

Whats on Offer

• Salary: THB per month (negotiable)
• Working days: 6 days/week (MonSat)

• สนบสนนการบรหารทมและงานประจำวน
• มจตสำนกดานการบรหารหนางาน และแกไขปญหาเฉพาะหนาได
• ทำหนาทลามภาษาจนระหวางพนกงานชาวไทยและชาวจน
• บรหารกระบวนการผลต ครอบคลม Safety Quality Delivery Cost Shop-floor และ People
• บรหารวสด บนทกและวเคราะหขอมลกระบวนการผลต
• ประสานทรพยากรการผลตเพอใหบรรลแผนและเปาหมายการสงมอบ
• ปฏบตงานอน ๆ ตามทไดรบมอบหมาย

คณสมบต

• อนปรญญาขนไป สาขาอเลกทรอนกส เครองกล วสด หรอทเกยวของ
• ประสบการณดานการจดการการผลตหรอวศวกรรมการผลตอยางนอย 3 ป เนนอตสาหกรรมอเลกทรอนกส/เครองกล/ยานยนต
• คดวเคราะหอยางเปนระบบ คลองตว เรยนรเรว
• มความรบผดชอบสง ทำงานภายใตแรงกดดนไดด
• ภาษาจน (ฟง พด อาน เขยน) ใชเปนภาษาทำงาน
