Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Rehab to join our team at our 115 bed skilled nursing facility. As the Director of Rehab you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rehabilitation department including managing a team of therapists and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting with a strong background in physical occupational and speech therapy. A current state license and certification is required.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for our patients as well as evaluating and monitoring their progress. You will also be responsible for managing the department budget maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations and ensuring the facility is providing the best rehabilitation services possible.
The Director of Rehab must have excellent leadership and communication skills as you will be working closely with our interdisciplinary team and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. You must also have a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $72500-$93600 based on experience and qualifications. The work schedule is 40 hours per week with no weekend rotation required. Please note that we are unable to accept new graduates for this position.
