Summary:
Develop inventory equipment lists conduct inventories weigh aircraft determine center of gravity and document results.
Prepare Chapter 2 of the Weight and Balance Manual.
Balance flight control surfaces.
Develop standard flight load planning and direct airplane loading of variable load elements.
Inspect aircraft to calculate effects of actual weight and location of variable load elements on gross weight and center of gravity.
Prepare flight manifests for pilots signatures and flight release.
Weigh and determine centers of gravity of components and assemblies.
Resolve routine problems with equipment components and weighing systems.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 years of experience with technical analysis.
1 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with aircraft weight and center of gravity estimation calculation verification and statistical analysis (preferred).
Experience in Loadmaster training (preferred).
Associates degree or higher (preferred).
