About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support production operations through the efficient operation of slitting cutting spooling and packing machinery ensuring all products meet strict quality standards.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager Australia & New Zealand some of your responsibilities will include:

• Operating slitting packing and related production machinery
• Processing customer orders in line with the daily production schedule
• Monitoring machine performance including speed tension and quality
• Performing quality control checks and routine machine maintenance
• Picking and pre-staging stock for production and assisting with despatch
• Maintaining a clean safe and organised workspace in line with WHS procedures

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Forklift Licence and current Drivers Licence (Essential)
• Strong machine operation skills with good attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills (SAP or ERP experience advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and follow processes effectively
• Reliable flexible and team-focused with strong communication skills
