Job Summary
At BayanTech a leading global localization company we are looking for a reliable and proactive System Administrator to support our growing operations and ensure the efficiency security and scalability of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers networks and IT systems to support business operations
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability for internal tools and localization platforms
- Administer user accounts access rights and security policies
- Implement and maintain backup disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Ensure data security and compliance with company standards
- Troubleshoot system network and hardware issues in a timely manner
- Support internal teams with technical issues and system access
- Manage virtualization environments and cloud-based services
- Perform system upgrades patches and routine maintenance
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN)
- Experience with virtualization tools (VMware Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) is a plus
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
