Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide on-call technical support to end this role you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will respond to incidents via phone email or ticketing systems ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Break-fix support and maintenance of deployed equipment
Deskside support for end-user devices (desktops laptops mobile devices displays printers etc.)
Comprehensive hands-and-feet support for infrastructure devices printers monitors and scanners including installation relocation and onsite setup. Install Move Add Change and Disposal (IMACD) activities Apple/Mac support
Coordination and participation in asset reconciliation and lifecycle management activities
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of IT systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to respond outside standard working hours (on-call availability)
