ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a leading global travel platform and become part of an international customer support team. As a Customer Support Advisor you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for travellers and accommodation partners worldwide.
You will be responsible for understanding customer needs resolving issues and acting as a bridge between international travellers and accommodation providersall while delivering an exceptional level of service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner
Support travellers and partners with bookings payments and technical questions
Mediate between customers and accommodation providers to resolve issues
Provide clear accurate information while following internal processes
Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Slovenian at C2 level and advanced English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable using Office 365 CRM systems and internal tools
Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations
Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
Interest in the travel or accommodation sector
Previous customer service or contact center experience is a plus
