Job Summary

Looking to develop your legal career in a role where your work genuinely makes a difference Thompsons Solicitors is seeking a Paralegal to join our Employment Rights team in Leeds supporting working people through some of the most important moments of their working lives

What the role involves...

In this role youll develop to manage your own supervised caseload of straightforward employment matters such as unfair dismissal and wages claims. You will also support colleagues on wider cases assisting with legal research calculating losses attending client meetings and helping prepare cases for Employment Tribunals and the EAT.

This is a hands-on self-sufficient role offering excellent exposure to employment law in practice. Youll take responsibility for producing your own work using case management systems Word and Excel to a high standard while being supported by experienced colleagues who will help you develop your confidence and judgment.
