Your opportunity
An exciting fixedterm contract opportunity to join Scentre Group as a Data Ops Engineer supporting the build and operation of our cloud data platform. Youll focus on operationalising data making sure pipelines are reliable automated and ready to support personalised customer experiences. This role provides the engineering expertise to enable analytics and the business helping turn data into real customer and commercial outcomes. Youll have the opportunity to influence how DataOps principles are embedded across the platform.
Daytoday you will be responsible for:
- Building operating and supporting secure scalable data pipelines on our cloud data platform
- Collating and aggregating data from multiple systems where different platforms capture different information
- Automating endtoend data pipelines using terraform python dbt and Airflow on GCP
- Monitoring data pipelines performance and data quality and continuously improving reliability
- Supporting production data solutions resolving issues and improving runtime operations
- Working closely with other Data Engineers Data Science and business stakeholders to enable a variety of use cases including Operational insights Marketing and Finance
This role is a fixedterm contract fulltime.
