THE ROLE
EverPure Australia is seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our SLED (State Local and Education) team in Melbourne. This role is responsible for developing and executing account strategies building senior stakeholder relationships and delivering complex solution-led sales across infrastructure cloud and software portfolios within the Victoria SLED sector.
In this role youll be at the forefront of developing new business working with our channel resellers and key SLED customers while in collaboration with internal Sales Systems Engineers Partner sales and Field Marketing teams to drive success and deliver outcomes.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Promote Innovative Solutions: Advocate for our all-flash enterprise storage technology. Lead consultative outcome-driven sales engagements aligned to SLED sectors transformation priorities. Drive RFP responses solution positioning and competitive differentiation for the customers.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers ensuring high satisfaction. Position as a thought leader on digital transformation cloud and data strategies.
- Lead and Strategize: Direct pursuit teams and develop account plans to secure new customers.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Drive activities to meet and exceed sales quotas. Own develop and execute account plans and territory strategies.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work with and develop joint go-to-market strategies to expand reach and influence with Channel GSI and Ecosystem Partners to position EverPure.
- Execute Account Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently. Execute structured the EverPure sales methodologies
- Deliver Results: Surpass quotas maintain a strong pipeline and drive referenceable business.
- Communicate Effectively: Present proposals highlighting EverPures benefits.
WHAT YOU BRING
To excel in this role you should have:
- Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and relationship building and credibility.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience and proven success with direct/indirect sales on SLED accounts.
- Partner Collaboration: Experience working with Channel GSI and Ecosystem Partners.
- Prospecting Skills: Advanced skills in engaging Public sector customers required.
- Ambition and Drive: A goal-oriented attitude and desire to drive change.
- Proven Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Experience: 10 years of field sales experience.
- Language Skills:Professional English proficiency.
