Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient setting. This role involves supporting physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring effective treatment outcomes.
Key Details
- Setting: Outpatient (preferred experience)
- Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed; potential to work up to 40 hours/week
- Productivity Expectation: 60 patient visits per week
- Daily Volume: 1214 patients per day
- Scheduling Model: Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
- Floating: May be required to float to other clinic locations
Requirements
- Active PTA license (state-specific)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
- Strong communication and patient care skills
