Job Summary
GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJs relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand clients needs attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations while owning full-cycle recruiting across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can operate as both a strategic HR partner and a hands-on recruiter managing the full desk from intake through offer while supporting core HR functions.

This role is ideal for someone who can operate as both a strategic HR partner and a hands-on recruiter managing the full desk from intake through offer while supporting core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements hiring strategies and timelines
- Source screen and interview candidates across various functions and levels
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
- Support onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Support benefits administration leave management and HRIS updates
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3 years of combined HR and recruiting experience including full-cycle recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while balancing HR responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
