What Well Bring:

We are looking for a motivated Associate Engineer to join our Marketing Solutions team. This role is ideal for early career engineers who are passionate about backend development and eager to learn in a polyglot environment using Java and Python. You will contribute to API development microservices SQL and cloud friendly backend systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

What Youll Bring:

Required Qualifications

03 yearsof experience in software development or backend services.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Academic or project experience usingJava or Python(at least one; both preferred).
Understanding of:
- JavaSpring Bootor PythonFlask
- REST APIs and microservices fundamentals
- SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with version control () and basic CI/CD concepts.
Strong problemsolving skills curiosity and willingness to learn.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms such asAWSorGCP.
Internship or project experience in backend development.
Experience with PostgreSQL or backend data access patterns.

Impact Youll Make:

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of backend services usingJavaand/orPython.
Build APIs and microservices using frameworks likeSpring Boot(Java) orFlask(Python).
Write and optimize SQL queries and gain experience with relational databases such asPostgreSQL.
Participate in code reviews debugging and troubleshooting backend issues.
Work with CI/CD tools such asGitandJenkinsas part of the development workflow.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver features.
Demonstrate a learning mindset ownership and a cando attitude.
Follow best engineering practices and contribute to a positive team culture.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
