Job Summary

Work Flexibility: Onsite

What you will do:

You will lead the process development for new product development at Stryker this role you will review be responsible for:

  • Drive design for manufacturability reviews

  • Identify audit and develop external vendors to meet our quality standards

  • Develop the manufacturing and inspection process

  • Qualify equipment and validate critical processes and inspections to ensure a reliable production process

  • Manage prototype builds lead times and budget to support project milestones

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering

  • 2 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous manufacturing experience

  • Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and understanding geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing

  • Experience with process development controls and inspection- (e.g. Flow Chart PFMEA Control Plan Validations and Measurement System Analysis).

  • Project management experience

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry

  • Experience managing external vendors

  • Experience with GDT DFM and Gage R&R

United States of America Pay Ranges:

$77700 - $129500 USD Annual

Travel Percentage: 10%
