Inside Sales Representative
Location: Alpharetta GA

GRS Recruiting is partnering with a growing industrial control and systems manufacturer in their search for an Inside Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with customers supporting outside sales and being part of a team that is building momentum in the U.S. market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment communicates clearly and takes pride in delivering strong customer support while driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Experience in an inside sales customer service or sales support within an industrial manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers vendors and internal teams
  • Experience managing quotes orders and follow-ups in a CRM or ERP system
  • Ability to multitask stay organized and manage multiple customer requests at once
  • Comfortable working alongside outside sales teams to support territory growth
