About the role

As GTM & Enablement Manager at Yousign your mission is to increase revenue productivity by equipping Sales teams with the right content training processes and tools to win consistently across SMB and Mid-Market.

You will build a scalable enablement engine covering onboarding and continuous learning. Cross-functional alignment will be key to drive the performance of the sales organization.

What you will do

Design & deliver onboarding programs

• Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast.

• Ensure each program is easy to follow practical and scalable.
  

Create and manage sales content

• Develop playbooks battlecards messaging frameworks and other tools to help Sales win.

• Keep content relevant accessible and adopted by the team.
  

Drive continuous learning & enablement initiatives

• Identify gaps in skills knowledge and processes.

• Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.

Lead GTM project management for product launches

Coordinate cross-functional actions between Product and Sales to ensure aligned and timely execution.

• Define and track KPIs for each launch monitor performance and drive accountability across teams.

• Structure launch plans manage timelines and ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live.

Collaborate across teams

• Work closely with Product Marketing Sales Leaders and Operations to ensure alignment.

• Collect feedback measure impact and optimize initiatives continuously.

About you

• You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.

• You can create high-impact content (playbooks battlecards messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions.

• You bring rigor to program management - initiatives are well-structured adopted and continuously improved.

• You are comfortable collaborating across functions connecting Sales Marketing and Product to drive results.

• You thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact.

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
