The Kitchen
- 2 Michelin Stars

The Role
As Chef de Partie you will take ownership of your section and contribute to delivering dishes at 2 Michelin Star standard.
You will:
- Run your section during prep and service
- Maintain exceptional standards of consistency and detail
- Work closely with the senior team to execute complex dishes
- Support junior chefs and contribute to brigade development
- Uphold discipline organisation and cleanliness across your section
This is a demanding but highly rewarding role within a serious kitchen environment.
The Package
- base salary
- Strong tronc (OTE 38k)
- 48-hour contract
- 4-day service week (plus prep structure)
- Limited lunch services
- Freshly prepared staff meals on duty

- Current Chef de Partie with experience in Michelin or 3AA Rosette kitchens
- Strong technical foundation and attention to detail
- Calm focused and disciplined under pressure
- Passion for flavour technique and progression
