The Kitchen
High-volume hotel operation
Weekly food revenue regularly exceeding 90000
Multiple service streams: restaurant breakfast and events
Structured brigade supporting wider group operations
Led by an experienced Executive Chef
This is a kitchen where organisation teamwork and consistency are key.
The Role
As Chef de Partie you will play a key role within the brigade taking responsibility for your section while contributing across the wider kitchen.
You will:
Run your section during prep and service
Work across multiple service areas including restaurant and banqueting
Deliver consistent well-executed dishes under pressure
Support junior chefs and maintain brigade standards
Assist with prep organisation and stock control
Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys a fast-paced structured kitchen.
The Package
32500 starting salary
Rising to 34000 after successful probation
48-hour contract
Paid overtime or time back in lieu
