The Kitchen
- High-volume hotel operation
- Weekly food revenue regularly exceeding 90000
- Multiple service streams: restaurant breakfast and events
- Structured brigade supporting wider group operations
- Led by an experienced Executive Chef
This is a kitchen where organisation teamwork and consistency are key.
The Role
As Chef de Partie you will play a key role within the brigade taking responsibility for your section while contributing across the wider kitchen.
You will:
- Run your section during prep and service
- Work across multiple service areas including restaurant and banqueting
- Deliver consistent well-executed dishes under pressure
- Support junior chefs and maintain brigade standards
- Assist with prep organisation and stock control
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys a fast-paced structured kitchen.
