Our AI-powered platform automates contracts payroll and compliance with Spanish labor regulations making life easier for both companies and employees.

Your Role

Youll be a core member of our operations team working directly with real clients and real payroll processes from day one. This isnt a coffee-and-photocopies internship youll own a portfolio of clients coordinate labor changes and work hands-on with A3 alongside the people building the future of HR in Spain.

What Youll Do

• Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of clients alongside our operations team.
• Coordinate labor-related changes hires terminations contract updates and ensure proper documentation is in place.
• Process payroll-related tasks and legal obligations on time working hands-on with A3.
• Track deadlines follow-ups and documentation flows across multiple clients.
• Communicate changes clearly and make sure clients always feel informed safe and guided through every process.

What Were Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Relaciones Laborales Derecho or a related field with the ability to sign a convenio de prácticas.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor procedures: altas bajas contract types PRL basics.
• Native or fluent Spanish is a must; Catalan is a plus.
• Proactive organized and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset you make complex things
  feel simple for others.
