Job Summary
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog ensuring it is well-defined prioritized and aligned with business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
Define product vision roadmap and release plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Write clear user stories define acceptance criteria and ensure readiness for development.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value customer impact and strategic goals.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning stand-ups reviews retrospectives).
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Engage with clients for requirement discussions product demos UAT support and go-live readiness.
Monitor product performance gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Support issue resolution and decision-making during development and post-deployment phases.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of Claims Management processes within the Payer domain is mandatory.
Proven experience in healthcare payer operations including benefit administration and provider interactions.
Experience working with healthcare platforms (e.g. Facets QNXT or custom claims systems) is preferred.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum as a Product Owner or similar role.
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints.
Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
