Job Description:

We are looking for a talented TA Sourcer to join our Global sourcing team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sourcing skills a deep understanding of various recruitment channels and the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
The TA Sourcer will work closely with Talent Advisor and hiring managers to understand job requirements and source potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various channels such as job boards social media networking events and other online resources to identify potential candidates.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to find passive candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Evaluation:

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.
Collaborate with Talent advisors to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Present qualified candidates to Talent advisors for further consideration.

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
Act as a point of contact for candidates providing a positive candidate experience.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Conduct market research to understand talent availability and competitive landscape.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)/Career Connection.
Track and report on key metrics related to sourcing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2-3years of sourcing experience
Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and other tools.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) / career connection .
