Job Description

Our Client is to building an AI powerhouse within their Global Delivery Center (GDC) Technology Solutions team in Bangalore. This is the strategic engine behind our AI innovation not a support role.

They are looking for a bold visionary leader to build this hub from strength to strength craft the strategy build the team and drive AI products that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Governance

• Co-create AI strategy aligned with business goals
• Develop standard AI solution architecture (guidelines checklists) for governance risk and compliance
• Build roadmap with specific milestones
• Focus on multi-agentic solutions partner network early engagements co-design

Implementation & Control

• Build business cases sell and scale AI solutions to internal/external stakeholders
• Develop risk taxonomies and mitigation practices with partners (Google Azure OpenAI)
• Implement AgentOps continuous monitoring agent behavior control misalignment management

Team Building & Offshore Center Setup

• Set up the offshore AI center from scratch structure roles workflows culture
• Hire top talent across AI/ML engineering product and operations
• Establish agile processes for speed quality and accountability
• Develop training programs and certification partnerships (Google AWS Azure OpenAI Anthropic)

Product Lifecycle Ownership

• Own full product lifecycle from user identification to scalable deployment
• Create alpha/beta user groups gather feedback iterate fast
• Engage power users as co-designers and co-patenters

Thought Leadership

• Publish whitepapers file patents speak at industry forums
• Build visibility for the team internally and externally

Requirements

Essential:

• 10 years in AI solutioning product development and global team leadership
• Proven track record developing and deploying AI products in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies agile delivery and product management
• Strong strategic thinking storytelling stakeholder engagement and change leadership
• Skilled in Agentic AI multi-agent frameworks multi-cloud (AWS AgentCore Google Anthropic)
• Degree in business management computer science data science or related field

Preferred:

• Financial services or audit technology background
