As the Senior Insights Analyst in the Automated Customer Insights team (Research and Insights Strategy and Research) you will build and maintain the data and AI backbone of Sportsbets Automated Customer Insights capability. Reporting to the Head of Automated Customer Insights you will connect large complex datasets build repeatable pipelines and insight products and use advanced analytics plus agentic AI approaches to turn customer market and operational signals into scalable diagnosis and recommendations. It is a hands-on role suited to someone equally comfortable with data engineering analytics and insight storytelling with Melbourne preferred.
- Combine and manipulate large customer survey behavioural and operational datasets to create robust insight-ready data assets for automated reporting and diagnosis.
- Build and maintain scalable analytics pipelines and workflows using SQL Databricks and modern data platforms to support recurring customer insight products.
- Design build and evolve automated dashboards reports and analytical layers that surface trends root causes and emerging issues across customer and market signals.
- Develop and refine AI-enabled and agentic approaches that support insight generation diagnosis summarisation prioritisation and natural-language exploration of customer evidence with quality control.
- Translate inputs such as NPS CSAT surveys app usage market data contact reasons and complaints into integrated decision-ready outputs with clear business meaning.
- Improve data quality repeatability documentation and governance so automated insight products are trusted scalable and easy to adopt across the business.
- Work closely with research and stakeholder-facing colleagues to ensure outputs are grounded in sound customer logic and are genuinely decision-useful.
