Job Description:
- The resources should have strong all-around ServiceNow skills including develop
- Experience implementing AI capabilities within ServiceNow CSM including Now Assist for CSM and Generative AI use cases.
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent and conversational AI to automate customer support interactions.
- Knowledge of Predictive Intelligence for case categorization routing and prioritization.
- Ability to design AI-driven workflows to improve case resolution and customer experience.
- Advanced ServiceNow development and system integration work to be done (like Jira to SNOW for example)
- Good Aptitude/Willingness to work extended shifts
- Good Functional knowledge in Service Now
- Have sound knowledge in SNOW Development basics
- Have experience in writing Business Rules Scripts/Policies Custom tables
- Have idea on Service Now CSM
- Have knowledge on SNOW integration
- SNOW Admin Certification(CSA)
Good To Have:
- Deployment and post-deployment training and hyper-care activities
Roles and Responsibility:
- Create a workflow perhaps with a customized task or using an actual Service Now Workflow
- Solve some more complex problems around automation orchestration integration and customer-facing processes.
- Create Custom Table create a daily job to consume data and populate the custom table use business rules for the ingestion
- Create a pretty easy-to-use web page for searching the custom table
- Modify and existing Service Catalog to insert records in the custom table
- End to end testing before code promotion to prod - smoke testing sanity testing and regression testing
- Develop SNOW forms and workflow independently from requirement gathering template
- Troubleshooting of issues and fixing
- Deployment in UAT TEST and Production
