Job Description :
We are seeking a senior-level consultant or subject matter expert in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) to support a strategic review and future-state planning initiative.
This engagement will initially be structured as a project-based assignment with the potential to evolve into a long-term partnership based on outcomes and ongoing needs.
The primary objective of the engagement is to assess the current CDC setup and provide clear actionable guidance on future architecture enhancements and new capability development.
Key expectations:
Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing SAP CDC implementation including architecture integrations and operational processes
Identify gaps optimization opportunities and scalability considerations
Define recommended next steps including a forward-looking architecture and roadmap
Provide conceptual design for new initiatives or use cases aligned with business needs
Collaborate with the existing CDC team ensuring knowledge transfer and alignment
