We are hiring for our client a well-established and growing organisation within the manufacturing sector who are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to take ownership of high-volume hiring across operational teams supporting business growth and workforce planning.

The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in attracting selecting and onboarding talent across production and warehouse functions ensuring a seamless candidate experience while driving efficiency and compliance across recruitment processes.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across production and warehouse teams
• Support workforce planning and headcount requirements in line with business needs
• Advertise roles across job boards social media and recruitment platforms
• Screen applications conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Coordinate onboarding including contracts documentation and inductions
• Ensure compliance with right to work checks and recruitment processes
• Maintain and update HR systems and applicant tracking systems
• Provide regular recruitment reports data insights and campaign analysis
• Attend recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams to plan start dates and workforce requirements
• Support general HR administration and maintain accurate employee records

The Person

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns within a production/customer service environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
• Experience using HR systems ATS or recruitment platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Drivers license and access to transport
