What Youll Bring:

• Experience as a Sous Chef or similar within a professional kitchen.
• Ideally experience in a nursing home healthcare or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of special diets allergens and nutritional care.
• A flair for presentation and a passion for exceptional food.
• Food Hygiene and Safety certification (Level 2 or higher).
• A caring professional approach and pride in your craft.

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure smooth efficient service.
• Contribute to menu planning and continuous improvement of dining experiences.
