Senior BI Engineer (Power BI & Tableau)

The Role

We are currently looking for a Senior BI Engineer to join HRC focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology automations and solutions.

Working Hours

• Shift (SL time): Straddle 3:00 PM 12:00 PM
• Work Week: Monday to Friday
• Other Features: Full-time/ US calendar applicable

Broad Areas of Responsibility

• Design and develop BI solutions including dashboards reports and data visualizations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data warehouses and data models.
• Optimize and tune BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in BI solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data from various sources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BI engineers.
• Stay current with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions.
• Document BI solutions including design specifications and user guides.

Person Profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate Tableau Certification) are a plus.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in BI development or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing BI solutions.
• Experience in data warehousing data modeling and ETL processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools with mandatory expertise in Tableau and Power BI.
• Expertise in SQL and database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL).
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python R) for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
